Children ask the most awkward questions, and they also seem to have the most extraordinary answers. At school yesterday, a boy in Poppy's class asked, "when you die, will you still have your implants?"
"I don't think so Poppy. I think you'll hear and see in a new way, just like me and everyone else." She stared back at me, mouth open wide in amazement. "Really?" she said, before adding, "but I think Jesus knows sign language anyway." ;)

Poppy had to do some homework for English last night... she had to 'borrow' an image of a villain from Google-images and then make up her own persona for this character. I thought you might like to read what she came up with;
My villains name is: Boney head.
He lives in a boney palace in Brazil.
He is hundreds, thousand and thousand years old.
He can do lots of powers like this: strong ,dizzy power, fire comes out of his eyes , and he can freeze people out of his breath.
In his palace he has got lots and lots of friends like: Soggy man, Chewy man, Mr.Serious man, Mr.Weed man, and Acorn man, but Soggy man has turned into goodie to help
all the people in America because it’s not fair of Brazil has got lots of baddies.
Boney head has fought three hundreds of battles in every single country and he won two hundreds of battles in America and New zealand.
At least he has got lots of weapons like: swords, spears, axe, guns, and arm shooters.
He is very scary ever and ever, and don’t ever meet him at night.
I have fond memories of He-man and Skeletor, but this 'Boney head' sounds like fun too. ;)
Love it!
