Emma and I have managed to get tickets to Wimbledon for the past 4 years... but I don't think we've ever seen such a packed 'Henman Hill' as we did on Wednesday. First Federer breezed through his match, and then Murray did the same.
We, thankfully, were inside No.1 Court. I say "thankfully" firstly because it was unbearably hot outside, and I don't think I would have enjoyed being fried along with the few thousand other spectators. And secondly because we got to see Leyton Hewitt and Andy Roddick play a thrilling five-setter.
We reckon it was the best match we've seen in our four Wimbledon visits... breath-taking rallies, genius winners, over-enthusiastic crowd, nail-biting could-go-either-way finish. Wonderful.
Us, late in the evening, looking (and feeling) very, very tired. :)
