It's almost become a compliment, an accolade to be sought-after or aspired to... to have one's building de-faced/re-faced with a Banksy art-piece. Over the weekend, the City of London Boiler Room got Banksy-ed!
Well, the MLS Business Centres block that the City of London Boiler Room resides in got Banksy-ed. And we're in the basement, so perhaps it doesn't really count?
Anyway, I took this pic on my way home on Monday. Is that supposed to be Britney Spears do you think?
...and talking of art, Poppy's started drawing portraits of people during our train journeys to school each morning. Here's one she did of me...
...which clearly does nothing to distance me from the 'Mr Tumnus' nickname I still occasionally suffer!?

but is that a real banksy or just a street artist?

I don't reckon it's really banksy - but it's bansky inspired

However Poppy's drawing rocks! Real good observations, love it. xc

it's definitely a 'Banksy', even if it wasn't sprayed by the slightly sold-out-artist himself. a 'Banksy' is now a whole *style*! hehe.
there's another one on morrfields eye hospital just past old street - it's one of his rat pics. v.funny.

and my question would be, "why distance yourself from the lovely mr. tumnus?" he is a flawed but redeemed hero. many worse characters you could be likened to!
