Ok, let me tell you all about the 'Wellie Wedding'!
it was Gavin and Lucie's, some of my dad's friends from 24-7! so we were complete strangers before we got there, my dad was the only one who knew them!
The wedding was in a barn, well, it was supposed to be on a field, but guess what! it rained! so they had to move it all into a barn, but it wads nice, because there was coloured lights everywhere! and there was horses in the stbles and there was a lot of muddy puddles! so almost everyone brought wellies! and raincoats! it was a Wellie of a Wedding! (ok, i can admit that my jokes are rubbish!) even Lucie wore wellies, because she forgot her shoes, and someone had to give her a spare pair to wear, and she was wearing a very pretty dress aswell!
i met a girl called Ola, and when we were going, we exchanged phone numbers, and we also found out that our dads knew each other because they once met in Cambridge! how cool is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were really surprised but happy aswell!
so we had a great time playing (i mostly stuck with Ola) and we had a good feast aswell, because everyone had brought their own picnics!!! i was sad when it was time to go, but i cheered up when i thought about the funny little coincidence with mines and Ola's dads!
